Foundation for Rebuilding Childhood

What we do

  • FRC supports the holistic development of children and youth as future leaders by strengthening intersectional and cross-sectoral social innovations.
  • FRC strongly believes that the crucial issues impacting children intersect with their identities – gender, geography, ethnicity, caste/class/religion (to name some) and therefore the approach to address them should be interlinked.
  • FRC works to center children and youth as actors in their own right – encouraging them to develop and recognizing their agency and choice
  • FRC does this by resourcing community-based organisations that serve a critical need by working with children and young people in marginalised communities,
  • In addition to resourcing, FRC provides capacity-building and MEL support to its partners to enable sustainable organisational and leadership development and growth.
